Terms of Service

By using AI SEO Copilot, you agree to these terms. We provide SEO analysis tools — use them responsibly. Don't scrape us, don't break the law, don't be a jerk. We can terminate access if you do.

The legal language below is binding. This summary isn't.

You get a non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Use the service for personal or commercial SEO analysis
• Generate reports and share them with clients/teams
• Export your data in any format we provide (PDF, CSV, JSON, etc.)

You can't:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our API beyond documented limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract our prompts/models
• Resell the service as your own (white-label requires a separate agreement)
• Use the service for anything illegal, spammy, or harmful
• Share your account credentials or let others use your paid plan

AI SEO Copilot provides automated SEO analysis, content optimization suggestions, and strategy recommendations. It's a tool — not an SEO agency, not a guarantee of rankings, not legal/financial advice.

We use third-party AI models (Groq, Google Gemini, Mistral) to generate recommendations. These models can hallucinate. We don't manually review every output. Always verify critical decisions.

We may change features, pricing, or limits at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app banner.

• Accuracy: Give us real info. Fake names/emails = account termination.
• Security: Your password, your responsibility. Use 2FA if available. Tell us immediately if your account is compromised.
• One person, one account: Don't share logins. Team plans exist for a reason.
• Deletion: You can delete your account anytime in Settings. It's permanent — we can't recover it.

Current model: Magic link + manual verification via Telegram. No Stripe, no auto-recurring charges yet.

• You pay → we verify manually → we upgrade your account
• Pro access lasts 30 days from verification
• No auto-renewal. You'll get a reminder before expiry
• Refunds: if the service doesn't work as described, email us within 7 days. We'll sort it.

When we add Stripe, these terms will update. You'll get 30 days' notice.

Our stuff: The platform, code, UI, prompts, brand — all ours. You get a license to use the service, not ownership.

Your stuff: The URLs you analyze, the reports you generate, the content you create with our tools — that's yours. We don't claim rights to your SEO strategies or client work.

Feedback: If you send us feature ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, we're free to use them without compensation or attribution.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Specifically:

• No guarantee of specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, or just wrong
• Third-party APIs (Google, AI providers) can change or fail without notice
• We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing)
• This applies even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages

We can suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these terms
• You abuse the API (rate limits, scraping, etc.)
• You use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• We shut down the service (we'll give notice)

You can stop using the service anytime. Delete your account in Settings if you want your data gone.

Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. We'll try to resolve disputes informally first — email us.

If that fails, either party may seek resolution in the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
